Yaakov Trek Reef, Intern Minister; Rev. Dr. Cynthia L. Landrum, Minister; and Rayla D. Baldwin-Mattson, Director of Religious Education - “The Weaving Place” is a participatory, intergenerational service written by J. L. Shattuck. We’ll explore the theme of interdependence through the act of weaving. By the end of the hour, we will have created unique woven artifacts that reflect the UUCAV community in this moment: imperfect, unfinished, and held together through participation, care, and presence. You are invited to bring a piece of ribbon, fabric, or paper to add to our loom. Religious Education Teacher Training will follow the service.
